Cocktail Bags Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • - 1 cup blue curaçao
  • - 2 cups pineapple juice
  • - 1 cup coconut rum
  • - 1 cup lemon-lime soda optional
  • - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks for garnish
  • - Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a large gallon pitcher, combine the blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and coconut rum. Stir well to guarantee all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  • If you prefer a fizzy drink, add the lemon-lime soda to the pitcher and gently mix. If you want a stronger cocktail, you can skip this step.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher to chill the mixture further. Allow it to sit for about 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator for ideal cooling.
  • Using a syringe, carefully fill the beverage pouches with the cocktail mixture, leaving some space at the top to accommodate the garnish. Beverage pouches allow for easy serving and consumption of cocktails.
  • Before sealing the pouches, add a few fresh pineapple chunks to each one for an extra touch of flavor and presentation. Use clips to securely seal the cocktail bags to prevent any leakage.
  • Place the filled cocktail bags in the refrigerator or freezer until you're ready to serve. If frozen, allow them to soften slightly before serving.
  • For the best experience, serve the cocktail bags chilled. You can lay them on ice in a cooler or present them in a large bowl filled with ice.
  • This will keep the drinks cold and invigorating for your guests. Additionally, feel free to experiment with the proportions of the ingredients or substitute different fruit juices to create your own unique twist on this classic recipe.
