Ingredients
  

  • - 2 eggs
  • - Chopped veggies bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.
  • - Salt
  • - Pepper
  • - Cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Crack the two eggs into a microwave-safe mug and whisk them until well combined.
  • Add your choice of chopped veggies to the mug, along with a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.
  • If desired, mix in some shredded cheese for added flavor and creaminess.
  • Microwave the mug on high for 1-2 minutes, keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn't overflow. The cooking time may vary based on your microwave's wattage.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the mug from the microwave (it will be hot!) and let it cool for a minute before enjoying your omelet.
